TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
 
Each passenger may carry with it up to TWO CASES, EACH EXCESS BAGGAGE ES: SKI AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE DECLARED upon booking, to ensure that the car is not suitable for such carriage.
 
It remains the discretion of the drivers, charge on excess bulky items not declared or suitcases or cars that do not meet the conditions of transport safety, (broken suitcases, dirty, wet, etc.). Taxinccmilano collaborates with other rental company with driver, with the same standards of quality and efficiency, and can use these to carry out the services for which it deems it appropriate. Taxinccmilano engages in any reasonable way to do achieve their own vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators in time to start dating and arriving at their destination, it will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control.
 
The properties of the passengers are transported under the responsibility of the passenger who declares the property at the time of boarding. Check the starting match of your luggage, liability for loss or damage will not be accepted all transported objects travel at your own risk.

Taxinccmilano reserves the right to change at any time parts (or all) of these agreements without prior notice to customers.
 
It is compulsory to bring us back to the customer in the shortest possible time any problems arising from inefficiencies or failures directly attributable to our work. We will take actions carefully to mitigate any inconvenience and loss in customer satisfaction.
 
These conditions of carriage and all services related to the respect the laws governing the sale of services in Italy, this ensures the protection of the passenger and his baggage.
Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities carried out between Taxinccmilano and the customer, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan Bar (Italy).
 
User behavior during the rental service with driver
 
1. Users of the rental service are prohibited from:
 
a) smoking during transport;
 
b) throw objects from the vehicle stationary or moving;
 
c) deface, defile or damage the vehicle;
 
d) demand the carriage of pets without having adopted, in agreement with the charterer, all necessary measures to avoid damage or soiling of the car;
 
e) demand that the transport is made in violation of safety rules and conduct contained in the current Highway Code.
 
Cancellation right of the car rental booking with driver and complementary services
 
The customer can make the cancellation by writing an e-mail or telephone bookings.
 
The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services, without penalty is accepted within 12 hours prior to the service. Cancellations within 6 hours before the start of the service, a penalty of 50% of the service is applied. Below the 6 hours notice the cancellation fee is equal to the same amount of service.
If your flight is canceled or delayed by more than 30 minutes to start is the obligation of the customer to inform our booking number to be able to guarantee the presence of one of our employees on arrival. Failure to dispatch delay or canceled flight exclude the right to have the car available in case of delayed arrival or postponed and will be the 50% penalty
